Marijuana lessens learning ability. Study has showed that marijuana limits the ability to absorb and keep information. A 1995 study of college students determined that the incapability of heavy marijuana users to focus, maintain concentration, and classify data persists for 24 hours following their last make use of the drug. Previous study, comparing cognitive abilities of grown-up marijuana users with non-using adults, found that users fall short on memory as well as math and oral skills. Even though it has to be proven finally that heavy marijuana use can cause permanent loss of logical ability.
